Middle Market Deals and how to buy, sell and raise capital from $5 to $500 million

I've been trying to figure out the best way to work this out and it is becoming crystal clear quickly.  I'll be happy to post a link to your YouTube video about your business if you send me the link to review it.  I'll comment on your business (I won't promise to be nice) and post the link so my readers (both of my sisters tell me that they've read a post) can get to know your business.

Here are some guidelines.  To be perfectly clear, this is not to be a deal pitch.  Just tell us about your company.  I don't want to get into securities issues, so let's just hear about what you do, who your customers are, what makes you special, what you're excited about, etc.
