 The fund was organized (without a fund) about four or five years ago, after having been conceived back in 1999 by Geoffrey Woolley, a partner at Dominion Ventures. Working with the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, the fund was organized with a recent graduate, Jared Hutchings, as the Managing Director. Over the last four years, the fund has raised almost $20 million and now participates with leading venture funds around the country. |
