
OK, the bad news first: Madelyn Roberts, our crackerjack Office Manager pictured below, is leaving our firm. I know, you're stunned. I was as surprised as you are. Madelyn attributes her departure to personal reasons--I haven't pried them out of her.
[Note of caution: if she won't tell me, it may be that her "personal problem" is me.]
Now for the good news: We are hiring a new person. We've redefined the position (actually, the NASD gave us some constructive feedback suggesting we could use some more attention in the compliance area). Madelyn has been in the process of upgrading the position throughout her tenure. We're just continuing that process.
So, the position that is open is for a new Operations Manager. Read the job description and let me know if you are interested.
