In about two weeks, on September 18 and 19, the BayHill Group will be holding its annual micro cap conference at Deer Valley here in Utah. This year, they've invited me to participate in the conference. I'm pleased and honored to be invited and the venue is spectacular.
I'm nervous that my message (I'll get to that in a moment) will be received a bit like strained peas! The conference focuses on maximizing value in public markets and is targeted at the really small end of the market, where many of the companies are orphaned and without Wall Street coverage. My topic is "Why You Should Consider Going Private."
Whatever else happens, I expect the Q&A will be interesting!
BayHill says:
At the 2006 BayHill Micro Cap conference, executives will learn how to attract the right funding and growth opportunities and answer questions like : "What are investors looking for in Micro Caps?", "What funding options are available?", and "How do I get my company's story in front of the right investors?".
There is still time to register for the conference if you are interested. Just follow this link.
