Paul Allen posted today about using PowerPoint for designing web sites. By creating a low-tech mock-up of your web-site, you allow your web designer to accelerate your web development--saving you money.
Over the years, I've learned to use Word and PowerPoint for developing simple websites, building in links and images. The web sites built this way look like I built them that way. That isn't what Paul is talking about.
He's suggesting that we use PowerPoint to create a simple mock-up, complete with links from page to page, demonstrating the functionality of the site. When the developer tackles the site, he'll understand perfectly what you want.
Great tip Paul!
