Recently, Russ wrote about his part-time gig with the Utah Jazz, helping the enemy, I mean competition, with stat sheets and the like during games.  Apparently, all the teams send scouts to watch games in advance of their outings against other NBA teams.

Russ makes the great point that entrepreneurs should make the same kind of effort to know and understand everything they can about their competition.
