Middle Market Deals and how to buy, sell and raise capital from $5 to $500 million

Russ Page has asked that I tell you five things you don't know about me (this is difficult as I tend to be an open book):

1. I had lunch with Russ Page yesterday; he's a great guy and you should read his blog.
   
2. I am a die hard Utah fan, true to my alma mater, but the little known fact is that I was born in Provo while my father was attending BYU.
3. I feel like I have been on a diet since I was 13--you'd never know it by looking at me.
4. I ski and golf, but no one who has seen me do either would agree.
5. I voted for almost all democrats in the last election, but I think Dan Quayle was right about the importance of traditional families.
