The MountainWest Capital Network Deal Flow Luncheon will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at the Little America with networking and registration beginning at 11:30 AM.
This is one of the most important business events of the year. All recipients will receive a copy of the "Deal Flow Report" including all of the deals announced in Utah for last year.
The MWCN will also recognize some of the folks who've executed particularly notable deals, including: Claredi Corporation, EnergySolutions, LLC, Infopia, Inc., LANDesk Software, Logoworks, Omniture (Nasdaq: OMTR), S5 Wireless, Inc. and Sonic Innovations (Nasdaq: SNCI).
Deals reported in the book include mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity transactions and initial public offerings (IPOs).
