I've been giving a lot of thought to a growing problem in Utah--there are not enough people in Utah to fill the jobs! Wages are rising faster than inflation in Utah and it remains a great place to live, but exceptional immigration, especially from California, is not keeping up with the job market.
Utah has always been an entrepreneurial place, but demand for employees at all levels shows up not only in the statistics--Utah has the lowest unemployment rate in the country--but also in unending anecdotes from employers who can't find people.
If you haven't considered working and living in Utah, you should.
Utah maintains a wonderful, balanced lifestyle, affordable cost of living and rapid economic growth.
I hope to see you soon.

I think we should be running ads in Michigan. Their unemployement rate is more than three times ours. Plus, the cold in Utah is nothing like that in Michigan.
