Every once in a while a guy gets lucky.
Last Friday I had the opportunity to visit Jackson Hole and Teton Valley on business. We have a prospective client up there.
Of course, Jackson Hole and Teton Valley are the East and West valleys surrounding the Grand Teton Mountains. The valleys are spectacular with tremendous views of some of the most beautiful mountains in the Continental U.S.
The pace of development in Teton Valley is torrid. Jon Huntsman has a development up there in Driggs, Huntsman Springs, that will include a new golf course. There was a small fleet of heavy equipment working on it; three small mountains of sand have been imported for the course.
There are also several other major developments under way, (Teton Reserve, Teton Springs and River Rim) each with a golf course designed by top players.
If you haven't been to the area lately, you haven't been there.
How do you think big time people like Harrison Ford who have found Jackson to be a haven will like the new development?

I suppose you have receipts that will also support your allegation that this was a "business trip"? I suppose you have a project under consideration in Hawaii as well?
Some people have tough jobs. I just went to New York. I stopped by Coney Island for some research on rollercoaster ups and downs for my next book. Do you think the IRS will buy it and allow me to deduct the $6 for the ride on the Cyclone
